t’s a little bit late because of the snow, but here’s my review of February. It’s all about guests on the radio show, fave TV and films, food and Greek History.
Last month we had a guest in the studio called Sophie. Sophie is aiming to become Miss Wales and popped in to tell us all about it. Catch her blog and our interview with her here.
It’s also great having Big Ben in the studio covering for Chloe as I’ve found out loads about Newport City Radio’ plans for live music in 2018. I’m looking forward to the new Love Live Music Showcase in April and the new open mic nights starting in the Neon Lounge on Market Street, beginning in March. I’ve also learnt that the Love Live Music Awards in October will have the theme of ‘Lost in Space’.
We didn’t get to play my lover’s selection on Valentine’s Day due to a power cut in town. Valentine’s Day is a special day for everyone so you can give them love and giving love back. It’s special as it’s about you and you’re partner having wonderful and beautiful day.
This month I’ve been watching CSI New York. I like the investigation and use of science around the human body to find out the cause of death. The character of Matt Taylor is my favourite as he’s very serious. I’ve also been watching Law & Order – special victims unit, where Olivia has been promoted to police chief.
It’s been very cold so I’ve been making beef dinners. I’ve also gone back to baking with my star shaped biscuits. I put a glaze and icing on top after letting them cool down and store then in the fridge. It was also pancake day so I made four pancakes for myself.
My best film this month goes to Black Panther. I’ve been to see it twelve times. I really like the lead character. He’s a King and has super-strength. He’s also able to run fast. I liked that the suit is connected to his body from a necklace.
I’ve been building a PowerPoint on Greek History. My interest in this come for my godfather who was from Cyprus. I love stories like the Clash of the Titans and the Gods.
Catch Ean (DJ EJ) every Monday from 5pm with Lamsie and Chloe.
