his Saturday, 6th October, the Newport Food Festival is back in the city centre, with over 80 stalls and live chef demos available throughout the event.
Live chef demos kick off at 11am with the Teenchef Final in the market, while a chef from Wagamama showcases their skills in Friars Walk. There is a full line up of demonstrations throughout the day, with local restaurants The Stuffed Dormouse, Curry on the Curve and The Celtic Manor all being represented.
The market itself will stretch across High Street, the bottom of Bridge Street, Westgate Square and Griffin Street. Exhibitors for the day will include Tiny Rebel, Untapped Brewing Co., Ridiculously Rich by Alana and Hogi, Hogi, Hogi. There will be something to suit everyone, from cheese and beer to sweet treats and spices.
Still not convinced? Well, visitors to the food festival can also enjoy street entertainment, balloon modelling and music from Wonderbrass.
