My first performance was in 2016 I believe in Swansea. There was a local label named Pryme Cut that were putting artists on live events around wales. Im not sure how the connection was made but I managed to get on the line up and perform on that night at the Lemon factory (closed Down). It was an amazing venue , very grungy and dark but set the mood perfectly for underground hip hop. I left that night feeling absolutley high spirited, almost like when you complete something you desire for so long. We had MANY MANY nights like that afterwards for a couple of years until everyone we went our separate ways. Most of us still keep in touch though.
There was a lot of variety at home with the likes of Pop Music, Radio being played in the kitchen and so on. Listening to Hip Hop as a child deffinetly kick started the whole movement. I also listened to Linkin Park a lot as they were popular with their Hybrid Theory album coming out, this also had elements of Hip Hop with the Rap and Dj Cuts.
I have been to many Concerts, but for me it has to be Noah Kahans stick season tour that he perfomed in Cardiff was absolutely amazing. Im a sucker for that modern country music and when he introdced Wild Rivers it turned into a double whammy. Almost like going to 2 concerts at once.
I also had a similar experience when I went to see Plan B also in Cardiff. He Played 2 albums and had a beatbox artist inbetween. He also had Rudimental supporting.
Â
My favourite place to visit is Krakow – Poland. Its architecture and history just blow you away. I also like the crispness in the weather. Me and my partner has been there twice and I think I would deffinetly go there again
I was always known for wearing a Hat on Stage, not sure why I used to wear it every performance must be a comfort thing haha. I wear hats anyways because I don’t have much hair left
