Eddie Large, born Edward McGinnis in 1941 in Caldicot, Wales, was a beloved British comedian and half of the comedy duo Little and Large. He gained fame in the 1970s and 1980s, performing alongside Syd Little on television shows like The Little and Large Show. Known for his slapstick humor, quick wit, and larger-than-life personality, Eddie became a household name. The duo’s comedic partnership made them a staple of British variety entertainment. Eddie Large continued to perform and make appearances until his death in 2020, leaving behind a legacy of laughter and joy.
