Michael Heppell is a British author. His easy style of writing makes it feel like he is sitting next to you chatting. In this book he talks about how the simplest things can make a huge difference in family life, with friends and at work.
He shows you how to make the critical steps from average to good and from good to brilliant – at work and in life. He’ll help you work out what’s happening right now and get clear about how it could be so much better.
A great read!

Have you ever had an idea that you dreamed about making come true but brushed it aside because you didn’t know how to shape it and give it life?
Take a chance on this book. If you don’t have an idea for a project that excites you already, you will have one by the time you’ve read this book.
And if you do have an idea, you’ll get guidance and good advice as you unleash your dream into the world!
The book is filled with success stories – some well known businesses and some very small projects that people have developed for their own satisfaction or for the good of their community.

This book is a reminder that every journey starts with a single step.
When big changes are required and the task seems daunting, even impossible, the way forward is one step at a time. The smallest of changes can lead to the biggest difference.Â
It’s all about gradually creating new habits so that the old habits become obsolete.Â
The subject of this book is the law of attraction. Before she launched this book, Rhonda Byrne made a film with the same title and content. I saw the film first and as I watched it I thought – of course this all makes perfect sense, how come I didn’t know all this before?
I’ve recommended this book to many people and so far, everyone has found it beneficial, got excited about it and most have actually used the knowledge to significantly change their life.
The film is available on Youtube, in case you prefer watching to reading.
This book is slightly different to the others I’ve chosen. It’s a story, a fable really. About a young man who goes searching for the riches he craves, only to realise that what he was searching for was his all along.
The story reminds us to be grateful for the blessings in our lives but also that we learn something new from all our experiences. and that sometimes things need to go wrong to put us back on the right track.
First published in 1988, the book has been translated into 69 languages and is a true classic.Â
