About Newport Cathedral – St Woolos Patronal Choral Eucharist

All are warmly invited to the Cathedral’s Patronal Festival as we celebrate our patron saint and founder Gwynllyw.

The Archbishop of Wales will be preaching at the service.
A setting of Dean Ian Blacks’ Triptych of the Saints, which celebrates the lives of Gwynllyw, Gwladys and Cadoc has been specially written for the service by Tom Coxhead, our Director of Music at the Cathedral.

There will be refreshments served afterwards, and all are most welcome to join us for this special occasion.
